Non-financial reporting is becoming an increasingly important part of management practice in organizations.
Regulatory requirements, expectations of customers and other stakeholders mean that more and more companies are committing themselves to prepare non-financial reports on their operations. Together with the financial statements, they give a complete picture of the organization, its direction, results, and achievements. The preparation of the Report included the identification of all issues where relevant economic aspects and environmental and social impacts were identified.
On the basis of the assessment of the significance of particular issues and as a result of the dialogue with stakeholders, the scope of aspects in which the Company’s activities affect mutual relations with particular stakeholder groups and are the most significant in its operations has been determined. The context of these activities has become one of the main determinants of prioritization in terms of their relevance.
The development of all the applied indicators was carried out with the full cooperation of the involved employees from individual departments of the Company in the scope of the collection, processing, and characteristics of the indicated important issues.
The analysis and substantive evaluation of all collected results and data were made based on the best methods available in this area.
Comprehensive preparation of the Report consisted of the final development of data, systematization of the collected information and preparation of a graphic version.
