Ethics in the company

As part of our strategy of social business responsibility and promotion of ethical culture, we have implemented a series of rules to be observed by the employees, subcontractors and business partners connected with our organisation. Each document covering ethical issues in the Company is published in at least two language versions: in Polish and in English.

Codes of conduct in PCC Exol SA

Establishment and consolidation of proper relations between employees, subcontractors and business partners is a key element of the Code of Conduct. We are convinced that honesty, transparency and ethical behaviour are indispensable in each area of business activity. In the Code we specify rights and duties we are trying to fulfil, keeping high standards. The Code constitutes crucial guidelines in situations in which appropriate behaviour is not obvious.

What the code is for?

The Code defines important social norms concerning corporate responsibility and appropriate behaviour at work. All the employees are obliged to observe it while performing their regular tasks and making strategic business decisions.

The Code explicitly defines values adopted by the Company connected with honesty, transparency and ethical behaviour in every area of activity. It also specifies rights and duties of the employees that should be respected in the strive after high standards of ethical culture of the organisation.

When setting, respecting and promoting social, environmental and ethical standards, we also expect our stakeholders to respect the values ​​adopted and the principles established.
