Today good business relations with customers concern not only financial aspects but also mutual understanding and taking actions aiming at the respect of human rights and environmental protection.
Taking into account these issues in the implementation of the business strategy is the duty of every modern organization operating on the international arena. By developing our product portfolio, we pay particular attention to market needs, not only in terms of the functions, applications or applications of our products. Equally important here is our approach to the sustainable production and consumption of chemical products in the supply chain of which we are a participant. This is not easy, because it requires a departure from the traditional development model of the product offer towards more advanced, time-consuming solutions. Therefore, we analyze and continuously adapt our business model based on global trends of sustainable development. Thanks to this, our company is transforming from a traditional surfactant producer into a solution provider that is a response to specific customer needs, including those related to responsible production and consumption.
We produce and sell innovative specialist surfactants analyzing consumer, ecological and social trends, taking into account changing trends and adopted Social Business Development Policy. It requires a departure from the traditional development model of the product offer towards more advanced and innovative solutions.
PCC EXOL Group obtained very good results in 2017. Sales revenues reached the level of 625.4 mln zloty, i.e. 15.9% more than in 2016. Currently, due to the geographic market sharing the main area of trade encompasses the territory of Poland and the countries of Europe, Asia, America and the rest of the world. Major customers of the Company’s products operate on the markets of Western Europe, mainly in Germany, Holland and Italy. In 2017 the countries of the Near East, Africa, North America and the rest of the world made jointly 18% of the value of foreign sales in this period.
PCC EXOL Group provides its products to the market characterized by demand created by the final consumers of detergents and personal hygiene measures. They are necessities and that’s why the industry of surfactants is relatively stable when faced other industries.
The Company’s offer encompasses substances of differentiated chemical structure, e.g. anion, non-ion and amphoteric surfactants. The portfolio of products also includes cationic surfactants and special chemical formulations.
Starting the first quarter of 2016, PCC EXOL SA has been presenting its offer on the basis of their application in various industries. Thus, products can be divided into two main groups: surfactants used in the production of cosmetics and detergents, and surfactants used for industrial purposes.
