Dear Sirs and Madams,

We are pleased to present the third edition of CSR Report issued by PCC EXOL. Our experience, conclusions and remarks from the recent year contributed to the preparation of another guide concerning our organisation. It comprises actions taken by the Company in the context of widely understood sustainable development and social business responsibility. This publication is based on the guidelines of Global Reporting Initiative 4.0. It is a summary and the assessment of our activity on the level of economic, social and environmental initiatives.

As in the case of previous years, 2017 brought many interesting events and actions for our Company. Being a signatory of the global organization called UN Global Compact, PCC EXOL S.A. is trying to act in accordance with key objectives of the global 2030 Agenda. Innovative solutions used in the production of chemical products taking into account ethical, social and environmental values enable to improve standards applicable in the Company and its surroundings.

The success of our Company is not only confirmed by the financial results. Participation in social initiatives, active support for environmental protection and promotion of diversity are the obligation of contemporary business in the face of global challenges. Being a Company of global coverage, acting in a difficult and specialized chemical industry, we feel obliged to take comprehensive actions in the areas of our immediate concern. The dialogue with the stakeholders, care for safety and responsible management are our priorities on the path of sustainable development. We do hope that this publication will convince you that PCC EXOL S.A. takes all measures to face such challenges.
