Being a leading producer of surfactants in Poland, we are a member of numerous international organisations and associations that comprise the most important chemical companies in the world.
As a signatory of UN Global Compact, we implement 17 goals of Agenda 2030 developed by the United Nations. These are goals related to environmental protection, respect for human rights, counteracting corruption and other areas.
As a signatory to the Diversity Charter, we promote diversity as a positive factor in the development of our organisation and counteract discrimination in the workplace. We measure and analyse aspects related to diversity, mainly in relation of gender and age.
As a member of the Sustainable Development Committee of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry, we actively support initiatives and programs aimed at achieving the objectives of Agenda 2030 in the Polish chemical industry.
We are a producer of the Responsible Care Programme, where we have committed ourselves to active environmental protection, monitoring and implementation of environmental targets and reporting of programme indicators.
As a surfactant producer associated in the European Organization of Organic Surfactants and their Intermediates, we have an open dialogue initiated by this organization. Thanks to this, we contribute to shaping the trends and challenges of sustainable production and consumption of surfactants.
Another common goal is to create a scientific knowledge base regarding the impact of surfactants on health and life of people and the state of the natural environment. The effect of these activities is to optimize the safe use of surface-active compounds.
As part of the European organization CEFIC (The European Chemical Industry Council), we create a coalition of chemical producers who play a key role in the transformation of the then economy. Together with other manufacturers operating in the chemical industry, we strengthen the sustainable basis of production and consumption of chemical products used in various industries. Thanks to this, we have a real impact on creating competitiveness, innovation, technological development and responsible production.
By participating in the international environmental initiative Carbon Disclosure Project, we tackle climate change. Our goal is to reduce CO2 emissions by 15% by 2020.
As part of the RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil), we actively support the sustainable palm oil industry in the world.
By reporting on activity on the EcoVadis international platform, we achieved the Gold level of Corporate Social Responsibility. We are one of the few Polish companies which have made a comprehensive self-assessment as a part of CSR activities.
In 2014, as the first company in Poland we implemented a certified Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system, compliant with the guidelines of the European Federation of Cosmetic Raw Materials. Federational certification is reliable and objective proof of high quality products for cosmetic manufacturers worldwide.
We are a member of the Polish Association of ”Pure Beauty” Cosmetics and Detergents Manufacturers. The activities of the organisation are based on cooperation with the aim of promoting scientific, economic, and social progress. One of the key goals of the organisation is to improve health and living conditions in line with global trends in sustainable production and consumption.
