Mutual understanding of needs is the starting point for effective communication and, consequently, fruitful cooperation.
The fundamental value of our company is to build stable relations with customers. Our aim is to provide our customers with lasting value, and the measure of its implementation is the level of satisfaction of our customers. When producing chemicals, we ensure the highest standards of safety and quality of our products.
We minimize potential threats of the products offered, constantly adapting our practices to changing legislation and market requirements.
The security of the stakeholders cooperating with our company is important aspects of the production activity. We are aware of the risks posed by contact with chemical substances. We are constantly adapting our practices to changing legislation and market requirements, and we comply with applicable legal regulations, both national and international. We appropriately mark the products we sell and constantly supervise their quality. This significantly reduces the degree of existing risk.
The production and sale of chemicals requires important measures to protect the health of the customer. The safety of people and the environment is a key aspect throughout the product life cycle. Informing customers about the risks and principles of using our products is an elementary action, during each execution of the order.
Product Labelling
The Global Harmonised System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) introduces the harmonisation of classification and labelling rules and transport rules. As a manufacturing company in the chemical industry, we comply with all the guidelines resulting from the law in force, while taking care of the safety of all our customers. We are aware of the fact that proper labelling of our products is an important element in customer relations.
One of the elements of correct product labelling are labels, which contain basic information about the name of the product, the name of the manufacturer, address data and information about the weight of the packaged product. Additionally, with reference to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, the packaging of our products is included:
information on the name of the substance with its identification number
pictograms identifying or indicating the type of hazard
statements indicating the type of hazard
precautionary statements

We meet the requirements imposed by the applicable Regulation EC No. 1907/2006 of 18 December 2006 concerning the registration evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals REACH. Efficient implementation of the legislation has been entrusted to a qualified REACH employee, whose task is to collect regulatory data on products, obtain information within the company and search for new ones.
We carry out activities aimed at meeting the requirements of the REACH Regulation through:
All basic products of the Company have Safety Data Sheets prepared, taking into account exposure scenarios for those products for which such a requirement is regulated by the REACH Regulation. The Safety Data Sheet is a source of information about the basic physicochemical parameters of the substance and any hazards it may cause.
The Safety Data Sheet is divided into 16 sections, which include information on the subject:
The trend currently characteristic for the European Union market is the growing demand for ecological surfactants based on natural raw materials with a high degree of biodegradation. These include, among others, ammonium salts, betaines (amphoteric surfactants) as well as glycinates and sarcosinates produced by PCC EXOL SA.
As a result of maintaining high production standards, we obtain for our products a number of certificates attesting to their high quality and wide application.
Most of our surfactants are intended for the production of detergents and personal care products. They are products of everyday use, therefore their biodegradability is very important in this case. Research and certification in this area is carried out in cooperation with the Institute of Organic Industry (IPO), which conducts biodegradability tests in accordance with the principles of Good Laboratory Practices. Whenever a product achieves a biodegradability of more than 60%, we receive a certificate of biodegradability.
among the amphoteric surfactants, 100% is aerobically biodegradable, and 50% of them have IPO certificates
in the case of anionic surfactants, 100% is biodegradable and 60% of them have IPO certificates
among non-ionic surfactants, 66% is biodegradable and 45% of them have IPO certificates
Several products of the Company, dedicated to the cosmetics industry, have the European Ecocert and Ecocert Cosmos ecolabel. In 2017, for the first time, a product intended for the household chemistry market was certified, which received a positive decision of the Ecocert organization as a natural ingredient of detergents. In this case, the certification body pays particular attention to the natural origin of the products produced and their biodegradability.
In 2018, the level of our susceptible products emissions per aerobic biodegradation reached 79%.
One of the important verification standards for products supplied to the food industry is also the kosher certificate. It can only be obtained from products made of suitable raw materials, under strictly defined and controlled conditions in accordance with the requirements of kosherity. For some products from the group of block copolymers, the Company holds kosher certificates. In order to achieve this, a number of strict requirements must be met, as well as confirmation of the origin and flow of raw materials throughout the supply chain, including the requirements related to the transport of products to the customer. These certificates are required by PCC EXOL customers who manufacture household chemistry, food and cosmetic products dedicated to Jewish communities around the world.
